A MEMOIR BY MI’ESHA FLETCHER

“I AM WORTHY OF LOVE THAT DOESN’T HURT.”

COMING FALL 2026

AVAILABLE IN HARDCOVER, PAPERBACK AND EBOOK

She knew how to love hard. She just kept doing it in all the wrong places.

For nearly two decades, Mi’Esha was fluent in toxic love — performing it, surviving it, and, if she’s honest, sometimes inflicting it. She had the degree, the career, the friends who loved her. She also had a relationship built on lies, a temper she didn’t recognize, and a question she couldn’t shake: why am I not enough?

The Nurtured Queen is her debut memoir — the story of what it took to stop. The therapy she almost quit. The friendships that held her together. The discovery she couldn’t explain away. And the slow, unglamorous, deeply human work of becoming someone new.

Every woman I coach walks the same three stages — not in order, not on a schedule, but always these three. This is the framework I use to guide them.

HEAL. GLOW. REIGN.®

the FRAMEWORK

HEAL

Release what’s draining you

This is the foundation. Healing starts with naming the parts of your life that no longer serve you — the relationships, the beliefs, the habits — and intentionally letting them go. It’s clarity work. Forgiveness work. Space-making.

GLOW

Rediscover who you are underneath it all

Once you’ve made space, you get to fill it — with yourself. Glow is the work of reconnecting to your identity, your joy, and the confidence toxicity taught you to hide. This is where the woman you’ve been shrinking finally gets to stretch.

REIGN

Live like the queen you are

This is the pillar most women skip. But healing without purpose is just recovery — reigning is what turns your story into a legacy. It’s stepping into your power, taking bold action, and being the woman someone else looks to for permission.

Reading the book is one thing. Walking it out with someone who has been there is another. I coach women through the Heal. Grow. Reign.® Framework in three ways — group, one-on-one, and at your own pace. Pick the one that meets you where you are.

GET TO KNOW ME

I’m your Healing and Relationship Coach, Mi’Esha. My journey was not solely shaped by my Psychology degree or the 30+ graduate credits in Clinical Mental Health that I acquired. It was profoundly influenced by 450 hours of personal therapy that transformed me from someone lost in toxic relationships into a guiding light for others facing similar battles.

As women, we’re often lauded for our strength, yet we frequently overlook the fact that genuine healing demands more than resilience. It necessitates a supportive community that truly comprehends your challenges, unwavering encouragement that endures through difficult times, coaching tailored to your unique needs, actionable tools for everyday use, and a well-defined roadmap to track your growth.

Together, we can foster the healing and empowerment we all deserve.
